First things first you must decide what power/role your going to be getting into.
Dps is by far the easiest to spec you want might,percision,and power.
As far as powers go it all depends on your playing style. Maybe you like to run over things like a mack truck then hardlight is way to go.That is if you have upgraded to legendary if not gagets is a nice alternative
